Why has my marble floor lost its shine?
There are several factors why a marble floor could lose its shine. One of them is simply neglect. Marble is a highly porous material, which means that dirt and spills that don’t immediately get cleaned off the marble flooring will usually seep deep into its pore. Remember to diligently clean the dirt and spill as soon as it occurs, polish marble flooring after a thorough clean, and apply a sealant to protect the marble floor and preserve its shine.
Do Natural Stone tiles require specialist fixing?
Some of our stones lend themselves to being fixed by a competent DIYer but in all cases, there is a process to follow for best results. However, for most of our customers, it is a wise investment to ensure that the installation is carried out by experienced people who really understand the nature of the materials.
How long does Natural Stone usually last?
If maintained properly, Natural Stones could lasts for centuries.
My floor have stain problem. What should i do?

I want to install Natural Stone flooring. Which one should i choose?
The rule of thumb is to use marble on indoor and granite on outdoor scenario. As for the colors, it really depends on personal taste though we could give you our stone recommendation.
Are products covered by a warranty?
Unfortunately, we do not provide any warranty for any of our products on the website. The reason is that all our products are made from natural materials. Due to being natural stones, patterns, colors, and density varies from the sample and actual slabs. Hence, we cannot guarantee any warranty. Similarly, our Rattan is natural which means each rattan is different from one another. Therefore, any variances from natural rattan are natural markings and they will not be considered defects. Hence we cannot guarantee any warranty. However, what we can guarantee is our excellent services and 100% natural materials in all our products. How do I know that my purchase is successful?
Once your order is submitted, we will either email you or call you to inform your purchase status. Please note that you are required to pay in FULL to consider a complete order. In an event that your purchase is unsuccessful due to product unavailability, failure in payment, or other circumstances, we will notify you via email or call.

What are the types of payment available?
You can pay online on our website via HitPay or Paypal. Alternatively, you can perform a bank direct transfer to MM Galleri.
Could I make a purchase now and have it delivered at later dates?
Yes, you can. For instance, you could order today and have your product delivered in 1 month. We will provide 1 - 2 weeks of the lenient fee. After the period, a storage fee will be charged depend on the product you purchase. In such an event, we will update you via email.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally.
Can I exchange or return a product?
There will be no exchange or return available for all our products. Hence, we encourage you to carefully view our products before purchasing.
Can I cancel or change my order?

However, your cancellation is subjected to our Terms & Conditions. In addition, we do not accept any request for cancellation or refund after 24 hours period. All fees incurred during the cancellation or refund will be charged to the customers.
