Lapitec is composed entirely of the following precious natural materials, in a silica-free formulation. After two decades of meticulous research and development, we have successfully recreated and enhanced the natural wonders that take millions of years to form. From a valuable selection of minerals, we obtain a powder that, when mixed exclusively with water and processed in our facilities in Italy, gives rise to large-format, high-performance slabs.

A significant portion of the energy required for the production of Lapitec comes from renewable sources. The plant’s 18,000 square metres are now covered with photovoltaic panels. Additionally, the plant employs uses advanced systems for water and raw material recycling, reducing environmental dispersion.

In this way, we promote sustainable materials management and preserve the surrounding ecosystem. The company maintains an environmentally friendly approach throughout the production process, ensuring that the finished product is completely inert and does not release harmful substances.

Lapitec has obtained the most important international certifications, including the Green Guard Gold certification for its absence of VOC emissions, making it ideal foreducational and healthcare buildings. It also holds the NSF certificate, demonstrating Lapitec’s suitability for contact with food.
