AN House is a private residence located in Citraland. Known as “The Singapore of Surabaya”, Citraland is a popular residential area in West Surabaya with clean, green, and modern concepts. The house is measured to ± 1,377.98 sqm. The house has a modern design for its exterior. In addition to the common design of modern block shape, the designer includes a lot of wood texture to the exterior. This complemented the concept of modernity and nature together with the inclusion of greeneries.

The interior demonstrated further the design concept with a lot of accessibility to the outdoor such as doors and windows that allow the owner to view the green. While the interior keeps the modern design, other elements of the different designs were introduced to create a more vibrant and interesting ambiance.

One of the elements is the flooring of the house. The floor was furnished with Bianco Sofia marble from MM Galleri. The marble was the perfect choice as the big vein provide vibrant color to the home and additional element to the rooms. Besides the floor, a statement wall made of Breccia Athena Marble was built for the guestroom. The marble consisted of marble short veins that filled the entire surface that created an absolute beauty. The statement wall was able to change the ambiance of the room and complimented well with the natural outdoor that could be accessed from the door.
