The Rosebay Apartment is a high-end apartment complex located at the prestigious area of Graha Famili residence. this “Low Rise Residence” apartment complex is built as a “Green Building” with resort nuance. With the size of ± 6,052.86 sqm, it is one of the biggest apartment complexes in West Surabaya that has impressive landscapes to enhance the concept of the “Green Building”.
The apartment complex is developed by Intland and designed by WOW Architect. The complex apartment has a modern architectural design that brings a balance between the environment and the dynamics West Surabaya lifestyle. The designers also want to bring in a touch of luxury in a subtle way to create a modern and tranquil home for the owner.
MM Galleri recommended and supplied several of the best quality natural stones for the projects. Moreno Beige and Stella Cream marbles were the most used to furnished the floor of each unit in the apartment. The light beige color helped to create a luxurious feel to the apartment as a whole and allow other elements such as modern furniture to stand out. Emperador Grey marble was often used on the wall to create a different texture to the unit such as the bathroom wall and kitchen countertops.
