VBR House is a luxury private residence project located at Villa Bukit Regency, the first series of the luxury residential superblock development developed by Pakuwon Group in West Surabaya. The grand house has a size of ± 1,725.64 sqm and was developed by Paulus Setyabudi Architect.

The house follows a contemporary modern and luxurious design. The exterior of the house is designed with the concept of different building blocks. More interestingly, the architect implemented different textures to the exterior. To achieve that, different materials are used on each different part of the exterior including the use of Rough Skin Diamond Grey/Pietra Serena on the wall.

The interior of the house continues to have a modern, natural element. To combine both aspects of the design, MM Galleri had to find suitable stones to match the wood furnish in the house that would still bring a luxurious look to the house. Several natural stones were introduced for the house such as Bubble Black marble for the counter in the guest room. However, the architect opted for more use of Lapitec. Lapitec has a strong heat- and scratch- resistance, and the matte finish complements the aesthetics of the home well. Hence, a total of 11 types of Lapitec stones were supplied for the projects to furnish the house.
