When MM Galleri x Millimeter Manifesto closed the doors of Booth 33 at Pengembak Beach, Sanur, after five remarkable days at JIA Curated 2026, one thing was clear — this collaboration was far from over.
The conversations that started beside the sand, the connections made over stone and design, the ideas exchanged between designers, architects, and creative minds all of it pointed forward. And forward means Jakarta.
This September, MM Galleri brings the collaboration to a larger stage: Indonesia Design Week 2026 — The Collective Culture, one of Indonesia’s most significant annual design events, held at Indonesia Design District, Zone Rasuna Said, Pantai Indah Kapuk 2, Jakarta Utara, running from 18 to 27 September 2026.
A Collaboration Built on Collective Culture
Under the theme The Collective Culture, Indonesia Design Week 2026 celebrates the power of shared creative vision and there is no better way to embody that spirit than through the ongoing collaboration between MM Galleri and Millimeter Manifesto.
Since their first collaboration at JIA Curated 2026, the two have demonstrated what becomes possible when a material expert and a design collective work from the same conviction: that natural stone is not simply a building material, but a medium for culture, memory, and meaningful design.
At IDW 2026, that conviction finds a new home and a new audience.
Throughout the exhibition period, visitors can explore the full collection born from the Living Rock — Memory, Reverence, and Resonance collaboration, engage directly with the designers behind each piece, and witness firsthand how natural stone can be transformed into collectible design objects that carry both beauty and meaning.
19 September 2026: The Birth of SINISO
Among all the milestones MM Galleri is marking at Indonesia Design Week 2026, one stands above the rest.
On Saturday, 19 September 2026, MM Galleri officially unveiled SINISO the World’s First Translucent Engineered Stone.
SINISO is not simply a new product. It is a category
defining material innovation one that challenges everything the industry has understood about engineered stone. Where conventional engineered stone is defined by its density and opacity, SINISO introduces translucency as a new dimension of material design. Light passes through it. Spaces shift with it. The surface becomes something entirely new depending on how it is lit, where it is placed, and how it is used.Available in a range of refined colorways from deep charcoal to soft rose and luminous white veining SINISO opens an entirely new vocabulary for interior designers, architects, and product designers who have been searching for a material that bridges the warmth of natural stone with the precision and consistency of engineered surfaces.
The Grand Launching was held on the evening of 19 September 2026, from 18.30 to 21.00, open to public guests at the Indonesia Design District and marked the beginning of a new era for MM Galleri as both a material curator and a material innovator.
What to Expect at IDW 2026
MM Galleri’s presence at Indonesia Design Week 2026 spans the full ten days of the event, with several key moments anchoring the programme:
18 September — Opening Night
The event opens with a Design Tour led by Millimeter Manifesto designers, followed by an Opening Ceremony and a Light Dinner & Cocktail evening for private and public guests. A fitting beginning to what promises to be a week of significant conversations.
19 September — SINISO Grand Launching
The official unveiling of SINISO — Crafted for Timeless Living — open to the public from 18.30 to 21.00.
26 September — The Collective Pour
A culminating evening featuring a Milimeter Manifesto Bar Takeover, a public Designer’s Tour, a Design Talk, Open House, and Networking session bringing the IDW chapter of this collaboration to a close the way it began: with good design, good company, and good conversation.
